Neighborhood Description
Shadow Creek is located just north of Weaver Lake Road and west of I-94. Shadow Creek was developed in the late 1980's and in 6 phases. Phases 1 and 2 are on the east side of the creek and Phases 3-6 are on the west side.
The neighborhood of Shadow Creek in Maple Grove is dotted by trees throughout and has a creek running between the two sides of the neighborhood. The winding creek provides a wooded area and some seclusion for the border homes. The neighborhood is connected to the trail system which runs through the northern portion of the neighborhood and crosses the creek continuing just north of the first phase of Shadow Creek. It is walking distance to Weaver Lake Park which offers a beach, playground, basketball, picnic areas, tennis and much more.
The homes in Shadow Creek were custom built homes and ranging in style from 2-story traditional to multi-level to rambler style homes. Some have been renovated with an updated look.
The pricing here ranges between $330,000 and $500,000.
