Neighborhood Description
Patricks Ridge is a small and secluded neighborhood, situated between the Northglen Carriage Homes to the north and the Hidden Meadows community to the south.
The neighborhood has one street that is bordered by trees and has a great view of a natural wetland area to the west of it. The mature tree growth keeps the community private, but not totally isolated.
The homes are beautifully designed and constructed mostly made from stucco and brick with most homes having moderate to heavy landscaping. The homes were built in the late 1990's through the mid 2000's and have a very modern elegant feel.
The pricing here ranges between $400,000 and $600,000.
