Neighborhood Description
Gladstone is located on the corner of Cty Rd 101 and 89th Ave. The neighborhood is fairly secluded with winding roads and mature trees. There is a bike/walking trail connecting to the Copper Marsh and Hidden Meadows neighborhoods. There is a nature area that some of the homes back to as well affording privacy.
The homes are modern, built in the late 1990's and mostly employing earthtones and white trim. The homes vary in style and some have moderate to extensive landscaping. The townhomes have a similar style and are secluded in the northern section of the area.
The pricing here ranges between $400,000 and $700,000.
