Neighborhood Description
The Crosswinds neighborhood is located off Weaver Lake Road and adjacent to the Timber Creek community south of the Shadow Creek neighborhood.
The community has a border of mature trees on the south and west with a large pond and nature area to the southeast. Many of these homes border these natural features.
The community connects to Fish Lake Rd. to the south and to the Timber Creek community. The neighborhood has a park with a 1/2 court basketball court, a baseball diamond, a small playground, and plenty of open space.
The pricing here ranges between $400,000 and $600,000.
