The neighborhood is located on the same nature area that occupies this section of the city and maintains a healthy wildlife as well as sporting scenic views.  The neighborhood has a walking path that leads to Gladstone and starts at Hidden Meadows Park, which is connected with the community of the same name.  It is also walking/biking distance to Weaver Lake Park which offers baseball fields, tennis courts, picnic areas and public boat launch.

The homes are moderately priced and are standard 2-story single family homes with some slight differences in construction and styles.  Many of the homes have either a view of the nature area/pond or are bordered by mature trees and/or by Hidden Meadows Park.

The townhomes are situated to the south of the single family homes and are similar in style.  Some of the townhomes offer full basements and back to nature area.
