Neighborhood Description
Bonaire is a large development that is located at the corner of Cty Rd 101 and 47. The neighborhood is divided into three sub-divisions, each offering something slightly different.
Most of the neighborhood is made up of single family homes that have just been built, twin homes, or lots that are still available to build on. The community has several new growth trees dotting the community.
The area shares the Gleason Fields Playfield, which has tennis courts, baseball diamonds, football fields, and soccer fields, with the Gleason Farms community that is located north of Bonaire. The neighborhood also has two community pools, several water features, and a large collection of walking paths.
The pricing here ranges between $465,000 and $675,000.
